This brand new range brings together three different versions, 
The heart of the ROBOX evolution BIOGAS  models 
consists of a lobe blower – RBS range – in the special gas-tight version.

New base frames

Robuschi has set up an innovative base for all of the pumps
of the 1st and 2nd bracket of the RN, RKN and E series.
This makes it much easier to perform the coupling 
operations between the pump and the electric 
motor and the electro-pump package installation
operations.

VORTEX PUMPS

RKC/RKN SERIES
Horizontal single stage centrifugal pumps with 
over hung impeller and axial suction, constructed 
using the "Back pull-out system" and available 
with four different sizes of support for the RKC 
series and a single size for the RKN series.
The pumps function by making use of the 
induced vortex principle: the impeller, 
which is positioned further back than the 
pump body, because of its particular shape 
induces a vortex in the conveyed liquid which
expands in the body creating the pump 
discharge head.

chemically more aggressive components such as 
sulphuric acid or hydrochloric acid.
Shaft seal
The RKN pumps are equipped with soft packing 
seals but, depending on the liquid conveyed, simple, 
double, or in tandem mechanical seals can be installed 
with standard circulation and flushing in accordance

LRVS PUMP PACKAGES

Packages comprising pump, motor and separator.
The transmission uses belts and pulleys and is 
based on a patented motor swinging suspension system.
Advantages:

RBS SERIES
RBS is the innovative positive displacement rotary blower with 
patented special three lobe profile rotors with LOW-pulse system to 
reduce the pressure pulsations

  • Integrated pulsations dampening system: residual

RBS/AV SERIES HIGH VACUUM BLOWERS
Positive displacement rotary blowers to increase the flow rate of the 
primary vacuum pumps when they are operating at their minimum 
inlet pressure.
They can be used in series with a primary vacuum system to reach 
high levels of vacuum.

THE VACUUM BLOWERS: RB-DV SERIES

Positive displacement rotary blowers installed on mobile units. 
On these we have patented the innovative atmospheric air 
pre-injection device.
The result is the reduction both in the heating of the gas and in the 
power absorbed by the blower, reaching a maximum vacuum of 
90% without the need for any additional cooling unit.

TRB/DV SERIES

Integrated compression packages that can be assembled on mobile 
units based on the RBS/DV positive displacement rotary blowers 
with air injection. In this package technological research has made it 
possible to obtain a significant noise reduction in a plant of small 
dimensions. Here the patented atmospheric air injection device 
makes it possible to reduce both the heating of the gas and the 
power absorbed by the blower, reaching a maximum vacuum of 
90% without the need for any additional cooling plant.
Reliability and low levels of maintenance can be added to the 
convenience of the plant.
